Ristorante Bacco in Frankfurt

Simonetta (name changed) is a wonderful and also very beautiful ? hostess. The kitchen is excellent. The wine u. a. from Calabria is very good. If you arrive at Frankfurt Central Station and have some time, you should walk a few meters into Kaiserstraße and stop by Bacco, and if you only have an excellent espresso togo ?? due to limited time. Update 4.1.21: You love your Anna very much ❣️?

I can only recommend you guys! The food is delicious as well as the drinks, very nice staff and the prices are also great! You have a super cozy atmosphere. I come from the Saarland, but whenever I'm in Frankfurt, I always order a table here!

Great tasty pizzase

Under normal conditions the place is OK. However, it has to be said that the quality of the food is not really great. Service and friendliness OK for Kaiserstrasse. Take-away pizza is nothing special.

Mediocre food and bad service from what I believe is the main waitress, maybe she’s the owner I don’t know. Super rude. If you don’t like food or oil on your table, I suggest going to ikea and buy a table cloth. Rest of personnel was ace btw.

Very good service. Location in the Bahnhofsviertel is not for the delicately disposed people. Food was unfortunately very oily. Still it was ok for once.

The food is good . It's just that that Italian child is very impatient, I called to order and he hung up the phone and explained that I don't speak Italian and he still speaks the same way.

A little blonde woman works in the pizzeria who looks totally unsympathetic and can't walk straight ...... I can't explain how you can allow such a figure to work in the restaurant business ???? Because she is probably not satisfied with herself, she lets the customer know .... I'm totally shocked and disappointed by the way she treated me ... simply disrespectful.

Italian restaurant ... but not too much. Helpful and friendly staff, especially with our dog who was a bit impetuous. The food, however, is not quite up to par, moving away from the "standard"

Confused, bad service Tortellini, salad and Spezi ordered - twice asked what was ordered - salad never came, but it wasn't on the bill either - forgot to give change when paying! Incredibly confused service.

Delicious food, nice waiters, everything fit for my wife, for me the portion was a bit small. The bread before dinner was delicious, only missing aioli or herb butter. Still 5 stars for the overall package, as there can be no 4.5.

Very tasty food, the price / performance ratio is definitely right. We had delicious pasta with truffles and a salad with beef strips. They didn't skimp on parmesan, beef or truffles, the portions were great and it was very tasty. In addition, the staff was very friendly.

Nice service, reasonable prices, delicious food. The bruschetta is particularly good. It's not on the menu, but you can still order it. Been there two days, good food both days.

Ordered a Tono pizza there and they made a wrong pizza with salami. The waiter said that he was making a new one. I asked him extra if it was the old one or not, he said no the pizzas were mixed up. But I discovered the rest of the salami on the pizza and confronted him with it, he didn't say anything and just left.

Delicious Pizza and friendly staff!!No need to wait a long time for it. 15minutes and the pizza to-go was ready!

Sooo slooooow! Not only was service outstandingly slow, they actually forgot 1/3 of our small and simple order. And then it still took them until the others had finished their meals to serve the missing dishes - which were served half raw and were inedible. You'd think they would at least apologize, reduce the bill or offer an espresso on the house, but no, the negligence appeared to be business as usual.

If you are in Frankfurt you should definitely eat pizza here! Best pizza I've eaten in years ?super friendly service. Service top! So only to be recommended ?

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our visit for lunch there. Unfortunately, two of the six dishes only came when all the others were ready and the noodles were still raw. Unfortunately, the reaction of the staff was not satisfactory. The pasta was still raw "but only a little". Unfortunately not a good service and quality, therefore no recommendation from us.

Nice Italian restaurant near the central main station of Frankfurt, walk along the popular Kaiserstraße in direction city and you'll find it on the left side. You'll be welcomed in a friendly manner, the ambient is typically Italian style, the staff team and kitchen provide very quick service, prices are moderate and due to what you get for. We had a great time there and can definitely recommend this place. So don't hesitate and swing in. Enjoy your day.

Great Pizza and fair prices... Location and general crowdedness is up to Taste though.

I was here once and thought "I will never come here again". Fee days ago I was invited by my manager to this place so I had to come back. Well... The quality for such a price is so-so. The amount of food though is quite good. Salmon in my pasta was more or less fine. A friend of minw has ordered Pasta Pesto buuut... I mean I can do better at home.

Visited the place on 8th February 2020. Excellent pasta with truffle mushrooms! The waiters were very friendly and helpful. The biggest negative though was the noise. With the place half full it is bearable. Once it reached capacity we had to leave because did not feel comfortable anymore. The most important, food and drinks was good. Would recommend it but pick your visiting day and time

The price is not much different from Japan and the taste is delicious. Is it about 30 € per person for two beers and two kinds of pasta? Very friendly as tourists are used to. I thought it was a good seasoning for Japanese people.

Be carefull, they change the prices for the weekend or for the fairs. It cost much more than the outdoor price list

Clean restaurant, business-like service. Myself and my guests don't see the difference between their most expensive (house) pizza and some Carrefour deepfreeze. I wouldn't go again, waste of money.

Their "Tagliatelle Schrimp" was my best ever! Very kind people, they'll see me again soon. Hot chocolate dessert was also great!

The food itself was average, not bad, but no great either. Portion sizes could have been larger with the pastas. Water bottle cost 6 euros, which I found very expensive, especially when we asked for tap water, not still water. All of the above would be acceptable, but the service is the thing that really struck out. The male waiter was horrible at his job, he tried to take our order three different times, but would always run off to do something else, without saying anything. Eventually he go our orders, but one of them was wrong. He did not say anything, just took the place and eventually brought the correct one, without apologizing or anything. Shortly, terrible place to go, I would not recommend. One of the worst restaurants I have been in a long time.

The service and wine was good but the pasta was not tasty like expected had better at the pasta factory and much cheaper. But nice place for a romantic dinner.
